FREE educational oil class covering basic usage, safety, tips & ideas on how to incorporate essential oils into your daily routine. We will be discussing some of the many ways oils can be used daily to support our bodies: seasonal threats, purifying the air, uplifting mood, cleaning, cooking, restful sleep, sore muscles, reducing stress, occasional head tension & more!
