Studios/Commercial

All studios spaces have 120 and 240 volt power from 60 amp sub-panels. Heat and electric are included as is WiFi.

• Building 7 | Studio 47 – This is a very special 1,000 sq ft space with north light and its own bathroom/water $483/month including utilities Rented
• Building 7 | Studio 48 – A large space (about 3,000 sq ft) that has its own direct entry between Cobblers and Trebeca. Additionally a freight elevator opens directly into the space and it has a private bathroom/water $1515 per month including utilities Rented
• Building 9 | Studio 10 – Large space with nearly 3000 sq ft includes 2 private office spaces $1465/month including utilities
• Building 9 | Studio 12 – A near square space at 33' X 36'. Great light. $582/month including utilities
• Building 10 | Studio 2 – Ground floor studio space about 1,500 sq ft with 14 foot ceiling height $840/month including utilities
• Building 10 | Studio 15 – Large 2600 sq ft space is centrally located across the hall from the freight elevator &ndash: includes two private office spaces $974/month including utilities

We also have a limited number of 9' X 11' storage rooms at just $48 per month.

Retail/Ground floor

• Building 5 | Ground floor retail – Centrally located space with central air is the entire ground floor of one of our buildings and measures 50' X 100' for a total of 5000 sq ft. Brick walls and beamed ceilings has the character we love. There is a direct entrance from Rose Street as well as the Pajama Factory court yard. Call for more information.
• Building 6 | Ground Floor retail – 100 and 300 sq ft spaces for $82 and $227 per month
• Building 7 | Studio 4 – Ground floor retail shop. Great location between Cobblers and Trebeca $225/month for 337 sq ft (including utilities)

Event Facilities
