Issue 2 - May

The big tree in the courtyard – a Japanese weeping cherry – is finally in bloom, so signs are clear that Spring has officially arrived at the Pajama Factory! The building is coming to life as the weather warms up. With more tenants than ever, it's exciting to feel the energy of spring fever within our community as folks start spending more time out in the courtyard...

Issue 3 - September

It has been a busy summer, with courtyard BBQs every month, our first ever Artist-in-Residence program, building construction and improvements, impromptu studio parties and even a 24-hour Blues marathon at the Uptown Music Collective! And, as if that wasn’t enough, we provided the venue for a wonderful Arts and Wine festival in early August – hopefully the first of many such events...

Issue 4 - December

Whatever Mother Nature brings to Williamsport this winter, the building will be warmed with the arrival of new tenants. Now that a second phase of construction is complete and new leases have been signed, we expect more lights in the windows and more activity in the building...

Issue 3 - March

It has been a cold and snowy winter but the ice, snow, and frigid temperatures didn’t stop us from moving forward on many fronts at the Pajama Factory. We continued to add new studios, new tenants have moved in, and there is more and more ‘creative energy’ in the hallways and corridors...
