Studios/Commercial

All studios spaces have 120 and 240 volt power from 60 amp sub-panels. Heat and electric are included as is WiFi.

• Building 7 | Studio 47 – 3,895 sq ft with private bathrooms, direct entrance from the stairs and private freight elevator service at $1,636 per month
• Building 7 | entire 3rd floor – 12,024 sq ft with private bathrooms and elevator service, rent negotiable
• Building 9 | Studio 11 – 1,059 sq ft a nearly square room with a huge 35’ long wall of windows $562 per month
• Building 9| Studio 1 – 182 sq ft one of our smallest studios overlooking the courtyard from the 2nd floor $115 per month Rented

All of our smaller studios are rented, but we are now offering shared studio space starting at just $75 per month for 100 sq ft.

Small studios become available periodically so contact us if you're interested and we'll add you to our waiting list.

We also have a limited number of 9' X 11' storage rooms at just $48 per month.
