Candy Cane Lane – Holiday Passport to the PJF Studios!

Due to the success of #OCTOPAS, we’re doing a version of it for the Holiday Market!

The Events Committee is introducing a studio pass into the Holiday Market.  It will be similar to this year’s #OCTOPAS, but with a holiday twist.  We will be paying homage to Duboistown’s Candy Cane Lane.

  • Guests will enter the Community Room where they will collect their pass and head to the 4th floor.
  • They will make their way along “Candy Cane Lane” which will feature Open Studios and vendors.
  • Guests will need to collect 8 stamps from 8 different, featured studios and they can enter for a chance to win 1 of 3 factory-made prize package valued at over $100!

Keep the gifts for yourself or give them away as gifts to others!

Great article in the Sun Gazette about our upcoming Holiday Market

Our 8th Annual Holiday Market is almost here!  We hope you are getting as excited as we are to have you join us.

See the write up about our event in the Sun Gazette’s Showcase section that was published today!

With the holiday season quickly approaching, the Pajama Factory will host a market to allow people to get started — or complete — their shopping list.

“Our goal is to keep local dollars local by encouraging folks to ‘shop small’ during the holiday season, said Danielle Velkoff, events manager and business development. “It is also an opportunity for us to showcase our tenants and the history of the Pajama Factory complex.”

The market will be held from 6 to 10 p.m. Dec. 1 and from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dec. 2.

Take a look

At the 6th Annual Holiday Market last year, we were packed to the rafters with both vendors and visitors, so this year, we’re expanding!

This Friday, First Friday, come for the Sneak Peek. We’ll have open studios, vendors, food trucks and music. But wait, there’s more!

Every year, the market’s been so successful, that we’ve added another day!

SATURDAY, all day, from 11:00 AM until 7:00 PM, we’ll have:

  • Twice the number of vendors as last year!
  • Lots of food, provided by FIVE food trucks!
  • Music!
  • Artwork!

This is a great chance to get in the holiday spirit with your friends and neighbors, all while helping to keep a bit of Christmas money local for the holidays.

Come support Local Artists and Craftspeople!

Happy Thanksgiving

Holiday Market 2016

All of us folks over here at the Pajama Factory would like to wish you all a very Happy Thanksgiving.

We hope you had not only a great day, but a great year as well.

We have a lot to be thankful for here at the Pajama Factory: another year of great art, another year of great events, new friends and new businesses born right here in the shadow of our smokestack.

We’re happy to be here, happy to have you all as friends and proud to be your neighbor. Thank you for welcoming us into your community again this year!

(The picture above is, of course, the banner for our upcoming Holiday Market. I chose it mainly because it’s really a great looking image, designed by our own Kyle Huggins (Thanks, Kyle!) The Holiday Market is coming up very soon and you should definitely come, both Friday and all day Saturday!)

Happy Thanksgiving!

Our 7th Annual Holiday Market is right Around the Corner…

Holiday Market 2016

… and is now a two-day event!

Please join us again this year for a celebration of local arts & small businesses on Friday December 2nd from 6pm–9pm and Saturday December 3rd from 11am–7pm.

Every year has been such a wild success, and has grown so quickly that we were bursting at the seams last year, with people having to park a few blocks away! This year we decided to expand the event to better accommodate the crowds and give people more time to shop at their leisure.

Friday night (6pm–9pm) features our traditional full-campus showcase of Pajama Factory Artists & Businesses, an exclusive “Sneak Peek” of our Holiday Market vendors, gallery openings, live music and a variety of on-site food trucks bringing lots of tasty things to eat!

Saturday (11am–7pm) features two great shopping venues, the Community Room and the Clearstory! Triple the vendors! Food trucks on site all day!

Help us spread the word—we’ve expanded to make this more fun for everyone, so tell your friends!
