Clay Classes for Kids

Classes for kids 8 to 16 years old meet once a week on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays for an hour and a half.

Drop-ins are welcome at all classes – just $22 per session.

If you are starting after the first week, please contact Penny to confirm class availability.

Classes meet once a week on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays for three hours.

Drop-ins are welcome at all classes – just $27 per session.

Zumba Fitness Classes

Zumba fitness classes fuse hypnotic Latin and world rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create an effective and exhilarating workout designed for people of any fitness level, from any background, and of any age.

Vivian Severn has a background in music education and dance, and has a love for Latin and world rhythms. Zumba fitness is the perfect combination of global dance, fitness and fun. Her classes include Latin, Hip hop, Reggaeton, Bellydance, Bhangra and other international dance styles.

Classes are $6, but only $3 during the first week (Feb. 21 & 23). No need to register in advance – just drop in and have fun. No need to have dance experience - Beginners are very welcome!

Wear comfortable clothes for working out, and sneakers without too much tread/grip (preferrablly not running shoes or cross trainers). If you have any question contact me for advice on the best footwear.

Please park in the parking lot on Cemetery Street and enter through the double doors with the stars.

Walkin’ & Rockin’ Fitness Classes

Walkin’ & Rockin’ fitness classes are a smart way to walk miles and get a total body workout (indoors!). Walking workouts work for almost everyone, regardless of size, age or fitness level. This style of walking offers a heart pumping, calorie torching, muscle-toning workout.

Cost is just $3 for 1 mile (30 minutes), $5 for 2 miles (45 minutes) and $6 for 3 miles (1 hour)

During the first week classes are 1/2 price! (Feb. 21 & 23)

Advance registration is NOT required.

Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers for working out.
