Once the largest Pajama Factory in the world, this building has gone through a lot of transformation over the years.

The Clerestory Ballroom is a one-of-a-kind, large-scale event venue located in the historic Pajama Factory complex! With an open floor plan, an industrial vibe, original hardwood floors and windows, and a whitewashed brick interior, our space is a blank canvas that is easily transformed to suit your unique aesthetic.

The open floor plan gives clients the ability to design their dream event for up to 300 guests. Proms, business events, weddings, retirement parties, fundraisers—the possibilities are endless.

No matter what you are planning, we give you the freedom to work with any vendors you choose so that you have the ultimate creative control over your event!

The Clerestory Ballroom is a blank canvas—the perfect place to create a unique, one-of-a-kind wedding.

The venue features all-white walls with hardwood floors throughout. Our 24 ft. open trussed ceiling and original 8 ft. windows flood the space with natural light. We are a DIY venue that allows you to design the wedding of your dreams on your budget!

Wedding Package  –  $3,800

Size: 7,000 Sq ft. | Capacity: 300 people

  • Includes:
  • Saturday 8AM – Sunday 1PM
  • Friday, additional $500
  • Day-of Event Coordinator
  • Two face-to-face planning meetings
  • Initial planning meeting at contract signing
  • Logistics meeting 30 days prior to the event
  • Helps direct flow of guests
  • Stocks and cleans bathrooms throughout event
  • Coordinates with vendors for load-in & load-out
  • Keeps event timeline running smoothly
  • Coordinator will ensure that any facilities related issues or needs that arise during the event are dealt with in a timely manner
Tables & Chairs
  • Your choice of white resin chair with padded seat, white chair with poly seat/back and metal frame, or brown chairs with poly seat/back with metal frame
  • 6’ rectangular plastic table (seats 6), 6’ rectangular wooden table (seats 6), 8’ rectangular plastic table (seats 8), 8’ rectangular wooden table (seats 8), 4’ round wood table (seats 6), 5’ round plastic table (seats 8), 5’ round wooden table (seats 8)
Set-up and Tear-down of Tables & Chairs
  • Set-up of tables and chairs before the event is included
  • Tear-down of tables and chairs after event is included
Equipped kitchen
  • Refrigerators and freezers, prep stations, sinks, ovens, and stoves- Additional $500
Photography Rights
  • Can take photos throughout the building during the day of the wedding
Add ons:

We offer our Courtyard for an additional $500 and our Community Room for an additional $500 for a cocktail and/or ceremony.

You have the ability to work with any vendors you wish (caterers, DJs, lighting, mobile beverage services, etc.) which allows you to tailor the event to suit your budget needs.

  • Deposit: 50% of balance due at contract signing. The event date is not reserved until deposit and contract has been received by Pajama Factory
  • Balance: Paid in full 30 days prior to the event
  • An additional $100 per 30 minutes will be charged if the event runs past the contracted time
  • Event insurance must be purchased by the client and proof of insurance is due 30 days prior to the event
  • More information can be found in the client contract
  • Parking: Free parking on Rose Street Side of the building
  • 2 Lots, plus additional street parking
  • Overflow parking is available at Cemetery Street Parking Lot on the other side of the building
