Our Community Room has hosted a variety of events from plays and live concerts to drag shows and Zumba classes. 

Equipped with a stage and a bar setup, the Community Room has a maximum capacity of 300 people.

With bright red walls and star door accents, this space has no shortage of character!

Community Room Booking and Rate Information

Rental Rates:
● Hourly Rate: $100
● ½ Day Rental: $600 (6 hours)
● Daily Rental: $1,200 (12 hours)

Deposit: 50% of balance due at the signing the contract. The event date is not reserved until deposit
and contract has been received by Pajama Factory. In addition, a security deposit of $250 is required
and will be refunded at the end of the event barring no damages or excessive cleaning is required, and that the client has not run past the contracted amount of time.


Balance: Paid in full 30 days prior to the event.

● An additional $50.00 per 15mins will be charged if the event runs past the contracted time
● Event insurance must be purchased by the client and proof of insurance is due within 3 weeks of
the event.

Inclusions:
● Ground-level access, dual entrances: Courtyard & Cemetery St. Parking Lot
● Free parking on Cemetery Street Side of the building
● Access to male & female bathrooms in the space
● Private Green Room
● Storage available for materials and props (with prior approval)*
● Access to rent the following (based on availability)
○ 18 Wooden, slatted tables (8 ft. x 2½ ft.)
○ 14 Metal, folding tables (6 ft. x 1½ ft.)
○ 55 Brown, plastic folding chairs
○ 40 Black, cushioned chairs
○ 4 Round, high-top tables
○ 10 Matching, high-top chairs
